Create Your Neon Signs: Crafting your neon masterpiece online? Payment is secured at the point of design completion. Choose from PayPal or major credit cards.

Collaborative Designs with Us: Opting for a bespoke design with our LED Neon Designers? Full payment is required before production begins. Once your design is approved, settle the invoice via PayPal or major credit cards to kick off production.

What are your shipping costs and lead time?

Free Global Shipping: Electric Confetti ensures FREE Standard Shipping worldwide. This includes destinations like Australia, the United States (via our US website), the United Kingdom, and other global locations.

Standard Order Timeframe: Standard orders typically take 3 to 5 weeks, encompassing both production and shipping. Expedite your delivery with our Rush Order option, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Turnaround for Standard Orders: Custom Neon signs are made to order, with a standard turnaround time of 3-5 weeks. Most customers receive their orders within 3 weeks. Choose the Rush My Order option for faster delivery, and any delay beyond 3 weeks will result in a refund of the shipping cost difference.

Shipping Destinations: We deliver to physical addresses across mainland Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, and numerous countries globally. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes due to the size and value of our signs.

What if my sign is damaged in transit?

Damaged in Transit: Report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery for eligibility. Share clear photos of the damaged sign, box, and shipping label through our contact form or directly with your LED Neon Designer.

Lost or Stolen Signs: While we take utmost care with premium express shipping, customers may choose to opt out of the signature on delivery. If opted out, Electric Confetti assumes no responsibility for parcels marked as 'delivered' but lost or stolen thereafter.
