What is your returns policy?

Electric Confetti offers a two-year manufacturer’s warranty on our thicker DIP style LED and 1.5 years on our thinner SMD. 

Please contact us if you have any issues within this timeframe.

The warranty strictly covers faulty products, not general wear or damage due to misuse or water damage. We carefully package our products when sending them from Electric Confetti HQ. However, if damage has occurred in transit, please advise us as soon as you receive the product. Due to their custom nature, there is a strict no-return policy unless, of course, there is a fault, in which case, see above!
