Important: We need both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. Please ensure you provide both to maximize our ability to address your concern effectively.

Once we have all the necessary details, we'll reach out to initiate a resolution discussion.

If a return is agreed upon, kindly ensure the faulty product is returned in its original condition with all its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product.

For replacements, Electric Confetti will strive to craft and dispatch the new product promptly.
