Sign Troubleshooting
If your sign has stopped working, first try removing the dimmer connection and just having the adapter connected directly to the sign/male to female cord.
If it illuminates, it would appear to be a dimmer issue in which case we will send you a replacement.
If it's still not working, please email us with the following information
It is partly illuminated, or not illuminated at all?
Do you have a dimmer connection on it? Have you tried it without the dimmer?
Is it an indoor or outdoor sign? If it’s outdoors, did you specify you wanted an outdoor sign at the time of ordering?
Is the sign hardwired or connected to the adapter? (If so, see below note regarding hardwired signs)
Does the adapter have a solid green or blue light?
Please attach a video and photo showing the issue including images of the power connection as well as the sign itself.
Please also give us your order number to ascertain age and power wattage.
Further, if your sign is hardwired
hardwired your electrician will need to test that the power driver is receiving power. Typically if the light is not turning on, its an issue with the power driver, not the actual sign. Third-party hardwiring voided our warranty.
Once we have the above information, we can diagnose the issue to get lit again.
