What is your returns policy?

Electric Confetti offers a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products. Please contact us if you have any issues within this timeframe.

The warranty strictly covers faulty products, not general wear or damage due to misuse. We carefully package our products when sending them from Electric Confetti HQ. However, if damage has occurred in transit, please advise us as soon as you receive the product. There is a strict no-return policy on custom lights (however, if there is a fault, we will do our absolute best to rectify it).
