What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind before production, that’s ok! If you want another concept, we can rework your design upon the purchase of a new design pack. Sadly we can't refund after production commenced/you have approved your design and paid. This is due to the custom nature of the product. We can offer an in-store credit for off-the-shelf products that were purchased if a change of mind has occurred. This is on a case-by-case basis; please get in touch with us.
